We appreciated the exceptional staff who were incredibly accommodating, particularly when we needed to adjust our family’s reservation last minute. the location was perfect, with beautiful parks and key landmarks like Vodafone Park and Istiklal Street within easy reach. the lack of Wi-Fi, poor customer service, and unexpected extra charges dampened our experience. Despite these issues, it was a cozy stay for family bonding.

The venue met our needs and we greatly enjoyed every detail during our wonderful 10-night stay. The location was the best possible for exploring the shopping area, close to a metro station, lots of restaurants, money exchange points, and markets. The Sisli district was worth exploring.

It was fairly clean, that's all I needed, it had a dining area, a seating area and an ironing set too. The staff were really affable.
